Wet hair thoroughly, apply shampoo generously, lather and rinse thoroughly. Apply shampoo again, gently massage into hair and scalp for 1 minute. Leave shampoo in for 2-4 minutes before rinsing. For best results, use it every other day.

Great shampoo! Very light for the hair, unlike the classical keto shampoos which make the hair way dry. It gives the feeling of more volume too. Also, plenty of others natural ingredients, plus, no SLS, parabens, and other additives which are way to harm for scalp! Until now, I can recommend!
I been using Covet shampoo three times a week for the passed two months. I am also using DuDerma. I can’t say what the extent if any this shampoo is aiding in controlling my hair loss. I do like the way it makes my scalp and hair feel. I will continue purchasing this shampoo.
