Description

FEATURES
  • ✔ DualGen-15 With PG contains the maximum strength FDA-approved hair growth stimulator minoxidil, along with the DHT blocker azelaic acid, minoxidil enhancer retinol, and hair follicle stimulator caffeine.

✔ Not Just for Male Pattern Baldness: While minoxidil products are primarily used for androgenetic alopecia, the added proprietary ABN Complex™ helps address hair loss related to nutrient deficiency or stress.

✔ Propylene Glycol (PG): A reduced amount of propylene glycol (PG or PPG) is used as the delivery vehicle to shorten drying time and reduce irritation such as itchy scalp. If you are sensitive to PG, consider DualGen-15 NO PG, where glycerin replaces PG. Due to its high minoxidil concentration and additional actives, DualGen-15 With PG may dry slightly slower than standard 5% minoxidil solutions.

✔ Guaranteed Quality: Professionally formulated and verified by a GMP-certified testing laboratory. Ingredient strength is confirmed by Certificate of Analysis (COA) shown at the end of this page.

Your product is truly amazing. I’ve been using it for almost 7 months, and together with a microneedling roller, it has delivered incredible results. I honestly didn’t expect such visible regrowth and strengthening — this has become an essential part of my routine.

Having tried a number of MM's other products (RU, Dualgen 5R, DuDerma, Maxogen X, Covet) this one is the only one I would have hoped for more from given the high minoxidil concentration. Having used it from late April to early July I didn't notice any great changes in hair count density. What I did notice after the fact is increased individual hair unit circumference. I've noticed less shedding of miniaturized hairs recently. I'm shedding thick ones. Which leads me to believe the hair I do have is of improved health. While a number of factors could be at play this was the main direct change I made to hair care. Furthermore people have noticed my hair looks darker. (Only after being washed and ill explain in a moment why. Which while I haven't noticed a major change if others have I'll take it. Now while I was worried I'd get scalp irritation with this, as has been reported by some, I had no itching or burning. However I did have some unpleasant side effects from this. Two that I think are worth mentioning 1) my seborrheic dermatitis seemed to be aggravated by it. While I wasn't getting itchier I was getting flakier. 2) I'm assuming because of the concentration I noticed a hard chalky substance that would adhere to my hair where ever I applied this solution. Making it seem dry and crusty. One application wouldn't be noticeable to others but if you were to do it 2 or 3 times in a row without washing it would be noticeable and make my hair quite... unpleasant to touch. Right now, I don't think this product is for me given the downsides I mentioned perhaps with a ketanocozole solution or corticosteroid enriched one it would be more friendly with my scalp but im not sure there's any getting around the chalky dust. This in mind I think this could be a great product for folks looking to target exceptionally thin areas without much hair they worried about making less appealing and want to focus on breathing life into the follicular units there. For folks with decreased, but still modest hair density I think there's friendlier options from MM to use. Even if minoxidil at standard concentrations doesn't work then perhaps consider some tretinoin included products. Reviews to come. Long hair is pre dualgen 15 and short hair is post. I had also recently showered in the post pic. I think the temples are somewhat receded but hard to tell with the shorter hair. The density at my crown appears to have improved though. Especially given the decreased length.

Haven been using this product for about the past 5 months I’d say, I have tried number plus products over the years and haven’t really gotten the results I wanted. Within I’d say about 3 months is when I really started to notice that my hair was filling in and getting noticeably a lot thicker not only by what I saw in the mirror but what I could feel in my own hands. Also noticed some growth around my hairline filling in. Really great compound of Ingredients, and I do believe that the azelaic acid does block a noticeable amount of DHT, because I no longer have been on a finasteride due to some side effects. I attached some photos below, in green shirt is before treatment, and you can clearly see it’s thickened up as well as gotten some growth around the front.
