Polaris NR-11 was launched in 2014 by Polaris Research Laboratories.  It has two key ingredients minoxidil sulfate (12%) and finasteride 0.1%).

The list of ingredients of this product seems long (see below). But the main effective ingredients are minoxidil and finasteride. Ingredients like Water, Propylene Glycol, Ethanol, Glycerin, Pantothenyl ethyl ether, Phospholipids, Polysorbate 80 are solvent, which helps dissove minoxidil into solution. Citric acid is an acid used to adjust the PH of the solution. Myristoyl pentapeptide -17 is a common ingredient usually seen in anti-aging products but rarely seen in any hair regrowth products. The concentration of Myristoyl pentapeptide -17 is also not listed. 

Polaris NR-11 is intended to be a non-irritating formula by using glycerin as a solvent. This is the same idea as Dualgen-15 NO PG Plus that also has minoxidil and finasteride compounded using glycerin as the solvent.
