The Laser Cap is an FDA-cleared, wearable, battery-operated laser therapy device to restore thinning hair due to genetics (androgenetic alopecia) and prevent progression of hair loss.
Minoxidil and finasteride are unarguably the first choice for hair loss treatment if you want to have the best results. However, if you do not want to use minoxidil or finasteride for any reason, the Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) Laser Cap can be a great option for you.
It is a great complementary to minoxidil and/or finasteride due to different mechanism of fighgting against hair loss. It can be used along with topical minoxidil and/or finasteride solution as a comprehensive regimen (see FAQ below for how to use laser cap with minoxidil and/or finasteride topical solution).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Hair growth 272 laser diode Laser Cap works by delivering laser light to the scalp, energizing and activating hair follicles to fight miniaturization and stimulate hair growth.
HOW TO USE
Connect the laser cap with the battery pack via the included extension cord, clip the battery on your belt and place the device on your head, and hit the Power Button on the battery pack to turn on the laser light.
Wear the device on a clean scalp for 30 minutes, 3 days a week.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Keep in mind that it takes time for hair to grow. You will not notice results immediately as it takes time to restore follicle health and then for the new strands of hair to grow. We recommend you take pictures of your scalp before you begin treatment so you can effectively keep track of results.
USAGE
The Laser Cap should be used every other day. The total time of each session is 30 minutes. Exceeding the recommended times or frequency will not increase the effect; and may in fact cause a negative effect. Do not exceed recommended usage.

What differentiates lasers from LEDs for hair growth?
Put simply, laser light is very focused compared with LED light, which prefers to “spread out” in all directions. This spreading action means that LED light loses its penetrative power rapidly as it travels. Many inferior so-called “hair growth” devices try to cut corners by utilizing LEDs in place of real lasers. This results in a cost reduction but also fully negates the effectiveness of the device, as LEDs do not contain adequate power to penetrate the base of hair follicles or reverse hair loss in any way. Our premium-grade laser diodes have been specifically calibrated to stimulate hair growth and scrupulously tested to ensure effectiveness. In other words: BEWARE LEDs and false claims;
Are the lasers hot?
No. We use cool therapeutic lasers that stimulate the scalp. They are not hot lasers like you might experience with hair removal lasers.
