For the past 15 years in business, we have not offered any subscription services. However, in response to numerous customer requests, we are introducing a subscription-at-request service effective immediately.
This service is most beneficial for those who have previously ordered from us, enjoy our products, and wish to receive their orders automatically without the need to remember to place manual orders on our site.
It’s essential to note that any order you placed on our site is NOT a subscription; it is a one-time order.
To subscribe, please contact us via email, providing the following information:
- The specific order you want to subscribe to.
- The start date for your subscription.
- The frequency at which you’d like us to ship your order.
Please do NOT email us any credit card information for safety concern. We will charge to the same card used for your previous order. We will take care of setting up the subscription to ensure you never run out of your preferred products.
The subscription will continue indefinitely unless manually canceled. To cancel, simply notify us by email, and we will process your request within one business day—no questions asked.
